Wow! Mark Klaus has done it again! His amazing find last year in a 3rd story downtown Cleveland warehouse of the original housing props from the Higbees Christmas display windows of the '40s, '50s and '60s will allow those that remember to relive the visual excitement of Higbees Christmas Window Displays.

Partially restored in 2009, these vintage Christmas Window displays (3 to 6 foot) let our museum visitors relive the magic of walking downtown, and seeing the toy joy that makes every child's heart skip a beat! Intertwined with our I HAD THAT Toy display, the Mark Klaus' "Holly"wood Christmas Movieland has really created an experience - worth RE-living.

This year, the Department Store Display can be seen by the public for the first time in decades. The rooftop display, decorated all in blue, is laid out in an extensive portion of our museum. The dark setting with the crisp glow of blue is solemn, quiet, and beautiful.
